Role purpose


To develop, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive growth and revenue for Syngenta's product portfolio. 
The Campaign Lead will enhance Syngenta's value proposition through innovative marketing strategies, manage specific product portfolios, create impactful campaigns, and oversee performance tracking against budget and prior year results.


Accountabilities


Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and product life-cycle stages.
Design and coordinate campaign execution across traditional marketing channels, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
Translate product offerings into compelling customer-centric value propositions.
Conduct monthly tracking and reporting on portfolio performance vs. budget and prior year results.
Analyze campaign performance and market trends to inform future strategies.
Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Ensure regulatory compliance in all marketing activities.
Collaborate closely with the digital marketing lead to ensure integrated, omni-channel campaign approaches.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive integrated solutions and campaign success.


Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Experience 

Critical Knowledge


Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or related field.
Deep understanding of agricultural industry, including crop protection, seed care, and on-farm activities.
Comprehensive knowledge of traditional marketing principles and channels.
Strong grasp of commercial concepts and product development processes.
Understanding of agronomy and its application in marketing contexts.
Awareness of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles to facilitate collaboration with the digital team.

History of successful cross-functional project leadership.
Experience in collaborating with digital marketing teams for integrated campaigns.
