I am a Female Ugandan with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from Gulu University who went through the normal education programs in Uganda therefore holds the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education and the Uganda Certificate of Education and as a graduate of Public Administration and Management, I acquired most of the skills needed in any Administration and management related field. I am well conversant in communication skills, management, human resource, public relations, research and basic statics, administrative law, human rights, and many others as my academic transcript shows.
