I am a Female Ugandan with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from Gulu University who went through the normal education programs in Uganda therefore holds the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education and the Uganda Certificate of Education and as a graduate of Public Administration and Management, I acquired most of the skills needed in any Administration and management related field. I am well conversant in communication skills, management, human resource, public relations, research and basic statics, administrative law, human rights, and many others as my academic transcript shows. If all the skills mentioned are utilized practically, maximum results will be realized.

  • Working along with PAPS that are affected by the East African Crude Oil Pipeline to ensure that all their complaints are handled accordingly alongside the LC1 chairpersons because they are the most informed about these people.
  • Recruitment of the local people in the villages where the pipeline is passing to work on the sites in line with EACOP local content policy.
  • Relay critical information between management and the community while representing the interests and concerns of community members when crisis arises.
  • Clearly explain issues relating to safety, security and emergency risk and requisite precautions to the community members.
  • Handle the Community Grievance Mechanism that is, the process of Grievance Registration, Investigation and Resolution.
  • Organize community engagement meetings to inform and consult with communities for purpose of building awareness, knowledge dissemination and understand the concerns of the community.
