The emploshould not have 24 hour access to you, bug you can’t call your college friend in Hong Kong either. The arrives at my cell through the app and the person calling doesn’t know their in my personal cell. Employer should supply phone, but you will be tied to the phone. So keep work phone on work and your phone private.
