Key Responsibilities


Coordinate and manage client schedules, organizing meetings and ensuring seamless calendar management.
Coordinate with the security personnel in charge of the client’s travel arrangements.
Assist in the preparation and management of meetings, handling all materials efficiently.
Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining professionalism in all communications.
Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation and expense management
Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in managing sensitive information.

Strong proficiency in spoken and written English, with exceptional communication skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within executive support or high-level administrative environments.
