Job Summary

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial operations, developing strategic financial plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership abilities, financial expertise, and a proactive approach to optimizing financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management and possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:  

The finance manager is responsible for:


Overseeing all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Developing and implementing financial strategies to optimize cash flow, maximize profitability, and ensure financial stability.
Managing accounts payable and receivable and tax compliance.
Conducting financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Preparing monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual Financial Statement Reports in collaboration with the Financial Consultants
Supporting fixed assets accounting and schedules for physical verification;
Performing fluctuation analyses on account variances for internal and external reporting;
Preside over budgets to set and meet goals.
Oversee the investment of funds, manage associated risks, supervise cash management activities, and execute capital-raising strategies to support the company’s expansion.
Preparing risk reports for management conferral.
Communicating risks and profits with management
Supervising, managing and auditing all Hall 7’s accounting processes
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards.
Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Investigating variances in project budgets and submit to supervisor
Reviewing and approving supplier invoices related to all Hall 7 projects 
Reviewing and approving overhead charges applied to all projects
Supervising the finance team and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship.


Requirements:


At least 7 years of relevant experience in finance management and at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Must be ICAN certified.
Proven experience in financial management.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in financial software and the MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
