Due to an expansion,our client a five star hotel located in Lagos requires the services of a qualified and experience  Executive/Sous Chef with proof of experience and exposure.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the menu planning,and overseeing all kitchen operations and manage kitchen inventory as well as train kitchen staff 
He/She shall also keep up to date with industry trends and check the quality of ingredients.
He/She shall Keep a sanitize and orderly environment in the kitchen.
He/She shall monitore stock, place and take stock of ingredients and ensure the kitchen is stocked with necessary supplies.
He/She shall ensure that  all goods and other items in the kitchen are stored properly
He/She shall determine with his/her team  the  presentation plans,prepare dishes and ensure great presentation of dishes being served
He/She shall ensure proper setting up of work station with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
The candidate must be able to prepare both continental and African dishes,and a good knowledge of pastries is an advantage.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a steady flow of dishes and creating dishes to add to the menu.
The candidate should have basic knoledge of preparayion of  barbecue point and kill and other related dishes.
Only candidate with proving years of experience as Sous Chef/Executive Chef in a standard 5 star hotel need apply.
