Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and competitive market practices.
Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure our compensation structures are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs
Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary surveys, job evaluations, and pay structure adjustments.
Partner with HR and management teams to provide guidance on compensation and benefits issues, policies, and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably within the finance industry.
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
Proven experience in conducting market analysis and benchmarking studies.
