Academic & Professional Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field, (MBA) is an advantage.
Minimum 10 years of banking experience with an understanding of Bank policies and external regulations, with at least 4 years in supervisory role in business development.
Experience in sales, structuring credit files across Retail & SME Banking, and in-depth knowledge in banking operations, risk and controls.
Strong knowledge of CBK prudential guidelines, Basel rules, Banking act, IFRS.
