Handle inquiries from customers and staff via phone, email, SMS, and chat.
Educate current and potential customers about our products and services.
Make and receive calls as directed by the Head of Customer Care or designated supervisor.
Accurately update communication logs for every interaction.
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.
Engage in sales activities to collect payments over the phone and address
any issues in tracker functionality.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
