Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Head of Sales on effective sales strategies and client acquisition
Maintain and manage a pipeline of institutional prospects through CRM systems
Establish and sustain relationships with key institutional stakeholders
Develop client proposals and presentations in collaboration with the sales team
Provide regular sales updates in meetings
Utilize sales data to inform marketing strategies
Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends and competition

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of two years' experience in business development or sales in a startup environment
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Excellent communication, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
