Job Responsibilities

Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
Interfacing with vendors agents and Developers on the platform.
Serving as a point of contact for potential customers, developers, property owners, and investors.
Evaluating business development strategies and tracking progress
Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company’s growth.
Preparing monthly performance reports and quarterly strategic business initiatives
Providing advisory support on Mortgage and Real Estate Investment.
Integrating new customers and increasing property acquisition rate.
Monitoring market trends in Mortgage and real estate industry.

Person Specification

A Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or any relevant field
Minimum of 8 years in Business Development, with 5 years in the same or similar role
Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
Strong network and connections in real estate, corporate and financial sectors on a national level
Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIBN and other relevant certifications is an added advantage
