A reputable Rural Bank in the Eastern Region seeks to employ a suitable qualified person for the position of: Finance Manager
Role Summary
• Lead in the maintenance, control, planning, production of financial and management accounts in line with standard accounting policies and procedures.
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of First Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar qualification from a recognized university • A Professional Certificate of ICA, ACCA, ACIB is an added advantage • A minimum of 10 years finance experience with at least 5 years in the financial industry (preferably Rural Bank). • Proficient in the use of T-24 Accounting software
Knowledge and Skills
• Banking operations and regulatory frameworks both local and at the international level including IFRS reporting standards. • Accounting principles, procedures, financial reporting standards and business planning processes • Bank of Ghana regulations and Directives • Developments and trends in the Financial Services industry • Tax laws and related regulations • Labour Law & Practice
