The Laboratory Equipment Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of laboratory equipment and solutions to clients such as hospitals, research institutes, universities, diagnostic centers, and industrial laboratories. This role requires identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, providing technical consultation, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:


Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the customer base and achieve sales targets.
Promote and sell laboratory equipment and related solutions to customers in assigned territory or market segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, scientists, lab managers, procurement officers, and other stakeholders.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
Provide technical advice and support to customers to ensure proper understanding and optimal use of equipment.
Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and update CRM systems regularly.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities or threats.
Collaborate with internal technical, service, and marketing teams to meet customer needs.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and scientific conferences to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management review.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology), Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in laboratory or scientific equipment.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex equipment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
