Requirements

At least a certificate in business or any related course.
Prior experience as a sales attendant.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Self-driven with ownership mentality.
Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills.
Proven sales record.
