Responsibilities


Technical Support: Providing assistance to users via phone, email, or in person.
 Installation and Configuration: Setting up and configuring computer hardware, and software.
Hardware and Software Management: Installing, updating, and troubleshooting hardware and software, including windows operating systems and Ms office applications.
User Training: Educating users on how to effectively use hardware and software.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining knowledge base document for IT solutions.
Preventive Maintenance: Carry out hardware preventive maintenance on need be basis
Network Administration: Assisting with network administration tasks.
Upgrades and Maintenance: Performing system upgrades and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.


Requirements


Possess a Degree / Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science / Networks and Communication systems.
Have one/two years of experience in a busy environment, hospital setup will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, understanding of operating systems (Windows), networking concepts, and basic hardware components.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with users and explain technical information.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well with others, build rapport with users, and provide excellent customer service.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize issues, and meet deadlines.
