Check the physical condition of samples received for testing.
Make samples ready for testing as per the defined test method.
Conduct sample testing as per the documented test method given in the related Standards.
Use equipment for testing as referred in the related Standards.
Ensure that the test methods/Standards for testing are available where testing activities are performed.
Ensure all required information is adequately filled-up in the Work sheet.
Obtain the review of the Work sheet from Production Manager including the Work sheet prepared during the shift.
Keep the equipment for testing in valid calibration conditions.
Conduct preventive maintenance of the equipment.
Handle breakdown maintenance of the equipment as soon as possible.
Position the remaining samples retained for the re-test in the sample preservation area and ensure that the sample is preserved for specified retention period. However, if required, these may store for longer period, on requested by the concern user section.
Dispose-off the samples after retention period and after testing, after receipt of approval from the Production Manager.
Ensure all records are maintained at all stages of testing and ensuring the validity of results.
Monitor the environment condition regularly and record the same periodically during the testing activities carried-out.
Handle the samples throughout the testing and preservation in such a way that the validity of results if not affected.
Ensure stringent compliant of the ISO/IEC 17025 standard in the Lab.
Analyze the complaint by reviewing the related records as per the complaint given by the Production Manager.
Liaise with the Manufacturing Manager on day-to-day functioning/work activities.
Optimize the available to achieve maximum and high-quality output during the testing and reduce wastage of resources.
