Responsibilities

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status
Day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across channels including (but not limited to): paid, social, paid search, content, direct, organic, referral, email, direct mail, podcasts, and video.

Requirement / Skills

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 3 years work experience. 
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
B2B sales experience
Experience in setting sales goals and meeting them
Proven Ability to lead a team
Strong oral and written communication skills.
