RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Assist with performance management procedures.
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Human Resources or related field.
2 years + Proven experience as an HR Assistant (experience in a recruitment firm is an added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
