What you’ll do (key responsibilities)


Own end-to-end hiring for roles with an initial focus on Realtor Associates, Property Sourcing Specialists, and Business Development. You’ll build funnels, run smooth processes, and help us make great hires fast..
Write compelling job ads, select channels, and run outreach/sourcing (LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals).
Screen CVs, conduct first-round interviews, coordinate panels, and manage candidate communications.
Build and maintain an organized pipeline/ATS (can be spreadsheets at first; help us choose a tool).
Partner with founders/leadership to define role scopes, interview rubrics, and offers.
Support onboarding: offer letters, document collection, background/reference checks, day-1 readiness.
Maintain clean hiring metrics (time-to-hire, source quality, funnel conversion) and weekly reporting.
Document and improve processes: templates, scorecards, SLAs, hiring manager training.
Light HR ops: contracts admin, leave tracking basics, and policy documentation (as needed).


You’ll thrive here if you have


2–5+ years in Talent Acquisition/HR (agency or in-house) with high-volume, fast-moving hiring.
Strong sourcing chops and structured interviewing skills.
Excellent written & verbal communication; confident running candidate screens over WhatsApp/Zoom.
Organization superpowers: you keep pipelines tidy and stakeholders updated.
Comfort with simple HR ops and compliance hygiene (contracts, files, checklists).


Bonus: experience hiring in NL/UK/EU or Nigeria; familiarity with ATS tools (Workable/Lever/Greenhouse) and Google Workspace.
