What you’ll do (key responsibilities)


Own end-to-end hiring for roles with an initial focus on Realtor Associates, Property Sourcing Specialists, and Business Development. You’ll build funnels, run smooth processes, and help us make great hires fast..
Write compelling job ads, select channels, and run outreach/sourcing (LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals).
Screen CVs,... conduct first-round interviews, coordinate panels, and manage candidate communications.
Build and maintain an organized pipeline/ATS (can be spreadsheets at first; help us choose a tool).
Partner with founders/leadership to define role scopes, interview rubrics, and offers.
Support onboarding: offer letters, document collection, background/reference checks, day-1 readiness.
Maintain clean hiring metrics (time-to-hire, source quality, funnel conversion) and weekly reporting.
Document and improve processes: templates, scorecards, SLAs, hiring manager training.
Light HR ops: contracts admin, leave tracking basics, and policy documentation (as needed).


You’ll thrive here if you have


2–5+ years in Talent Acquisition/HR (agency or in-house) with high-volume, fast-moving hiring.
Strong sourcing chops and structured interviewing skills.
Excellent written & verbal communication; confident running candidate screens over WhatsApp/Zoom.
Organization superpowers: you keep pipelines tidy and stakeholders updated.
Comfort with simple HR ops and compliance hygiene (contracts, files, checklists).


Bonus: experience hiring in NL/UK/EU or Nigeria; familiarity with ATS tools (Workable/Lever/Greenhouse) and Google Workspace.

Our company is looking for a Property Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The ideal individual will have experience in the property investment market. The Property Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for finding properties that are for sale/rent and work on property deals that are sent by external real estate brokers as well as create and manage effective reports on all processes and tasks... assigned to him/her.

Responsibilities:


Conduct initial market research and making calls to identify suitable Landlords and Property owners;
Ensure all records are maintained and kept up-to-date according to company policies and procedures;
Source new landlords and Local Authority areas and build good relationship with them;
Develop a strong understanding of what makes a good investment
Deal with close-outs and related sourcing meetings;
Create, manage, and present reports on the progress of sourcing new property deals.
Keep up-to-date with all written and verbal communications (i.e. emails/messages/calls);
Work proactively as part of the team whereby keeping the team informed on current developments.
Negotiate with Landlords to ensure the property is provided at best value terms to the company;

Enter all relevant information into specific datasheets and software used by the company.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements:


Confident, articulate, self-starter
Housing marketing knowledge of local area or previous property experience
High activity rate with excellent relationship building skills
Able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team;
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Software;
Ability to close deals online via email, whatsapp, social media, etc. 
Smart professional presentation;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Flexible, adaptable nature with the ability to work under pressure, in a calm manner;
Good time management;
Excellent organisational and reporting skills.

Working hours:


As a Property Sourcing strategist, you’ll be required to work full-time, but remotely
