Job Summary
• This role requires aligning human capital strategies with the organization's business objectives, managing various talent and creating a supportive work environment to achieve optimum performance and productivity • A successful candidate shall have a strategic oversight and direction for all administrative and support services of the company • The role is central to ensuring efficient organizational operations, effective internal service delivery, and a well-coordinated workplace environment
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of a Master's degree in human resource management, business administration with a human resource option, or a related field • A professional HR certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM, SPHR) is required • A minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience, with at least 10 years in a senior management or leadership role in a reputable organization • In-depth knowledge of Ghana's labour laws and HR best practices • Proven experience in organizational development, talent management and change leadership • Strong leadership, interpersonal and decision-making skills • Knowledge of the energy sector is desirable
