Job Education

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field. Proven experience as a storekeeper in a or in a similar inventory management role. Previous experience in a club or hospitality setting is advantageous.

Job Must Have

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all items in the club's inventory, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food, supplies, and equipment. Receiving and Inspection: Receive deliveries and inspect the quality and quantity of items received, ensuring they match purchase orders. Report any discrepancies or damages promptly. Storage: Properly store all items in designated areas, taking into consideration the need for temperature-controlled storage for certain items. Stock Rotation: Implement the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method to ensure that older items are used before newer ones, reducing waste. Ordering: Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders to replenish stock as needed while maintaining budgetary guidelines. Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and favorable terms. Organization: Keep the storage areas clean, organized, and safe, following health and safety guidelines at all times. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and stock levels. Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory levels, consumption rates, and any issues related to stock management. Security: Implement security measures to prevent theft or unauthorized access to the inventory.
