Requirements


Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Adminsitration, or a related field. Masters and professional qualification can be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years post-qualificationn relevant experience in a similar job position in the insurance/microfinance sector.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry
