Job Summary

We are an HR firm seeking a Smart Administrative Assistant to join our team. The preferred candidate should be a well-organized and detail-oriented person that will support the team and ensure that the office runs smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:

Handles all administrative requests and resolve all queries
Creates and maintains filing system, both electronic and physical
Oversees the operations of the office
Attends to enquiries from visitors
Responsible for filling and documentation
Ensure that the office is clean at all times.
Assist the HR during candidates' interviews
Assists in Background Check Activities for candidates
Maintain proper inventory of company’s assets

Job Requirement:

Minimum of OND certificate
Proficient with Microsoft office package
Excellent graphics skills
Minimum of two years proven experience in administrative position
Accounting knowledge is an added advantage
Good attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
