WFH Data Entry Operator / Clerk
(Part-Time & Full-Time – Day & Night Shifts Available)

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operators/Clerks to join our remote team. This position is ideal for individuals who are looking to work from the comfort of their home while maintaining productivity and accuracy. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, including day and night shifts to accommodate different schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter data accurately into company databases and systems from various sources.
Verify and correct data where necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security protocols are followed.
Prepare and sort documents before data entry.
Generate reports and perform basic data analysis if required.
Respond to emails and data inquiries in a timely manner.
Follow established procedures and meet daily/weekly targets.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not required (training may be provided).
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 35–45 WPM).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
