We are seeking motivated and ambitious Graduate Trainee Field Officers to join our team. This role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and develop practical skills in field operations, customer engagement, business development, and compliance monitoring. Successful candidates will undergo structured training and mentorship while contributing to field activities that support the organization’s growth.

Key Responsibilities


Assist in executing field activities, including client engagement, product/service delivery, and operational monitoring.
Conduct on-site visits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Collect, analyze, and report field data to support decision-making.
Provide feedback from the field on customer needs, market trends, and operational challenges.
Support sales, marketing, and business development initiatives in assigned locations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community representatives.
Participate actively in training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning programs.
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors to support business objectives.


Requirements


Recent graduate (0 years of experience).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel and work extensively in the field.
Good problem-solving and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
