A global hospitality chain with a presence in over 25 countries is looking for the most meticulous and proficient HR Manager in Nigeria. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions for our growing organization, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in the restaurant industry and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:

Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company's overall mission and goals
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Oversee HR-related record-keeping, including maintenance of employee files and HRIS system
Manage the employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews and administering final pay and benefits
Stay up-to-date on HR-related laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the restaurant industry
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including EEO, FMLA, and FLSA
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8-5 /// Saturday half day
