PURPOSE OF POSITION
To provide technical and operational support for the performance of the Monitoring & Evaluation functions of the Fund.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervises the collation of data for the formulation of policies. • Supervises the monitoring and evaluation of the programmes and activities of the Unit. • Supervises the monitoring and evaluation of the programmes and activities of the Fund • Develop guidelines, strategies and performance indicators for the monitoring and evaluation activities of the Fund. • Supervises the effective and efficient management of data on the Fund’s activities • Supervises the preparation of annual and other periodic reports of the Unit • Supervises the preparation of the annual work plan and budget of the Unit • Supervises and appraises the performance of subordinate staff.
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Project Management or any other related discipline from an accredited tertiary institution; • A minimum of six (6) years relevant post Bachelor’s degree work experience, two (2) years of which must be in a senior management position in a relevant organization; • Membership of a relevant professional body.
