As Creative Lead, you’ll be the guardian of our brand identity. You will own the look, feel, and voice of Greenspoon across digital, print, video, packaging, and everything in between. You will concept, design, edit, direct, brief and produce, often all in a day. You will work closely with the marketing, product and commercial teams, and lead our creative output in-house and via freelancers.

Key responsibilities


Own and evolve Greenspoon’s visual identity and brand tone (everything we put out should look, breathe and feel like us)
Lead conception and execution of campaigns, product launches, packaging, performance ads, social content, and more
Work hands-on across design, motion, and video (including filming and editing, where needed)
Develop templates and creative systems that scale across channels
Manage a network of freelance designers, videographers, and illustrators ensuring they adhere to quality standards
Maintain high standards of creative while working within tight budgets and timelines
Collaborate with growth and content teams to produce both high-performing and on-brand assets
Manage and prioritise creative workflows, ensuring deadlines are met
Drive creative excellence while staying practical and solutions-driven

Minimum requirements


5+ years experience in creative roles, ideally in ecommerce or consumer brands
A strong portfolio showing range and depth
Experience managing creatives or freelancers
Clear communication and project management skills
