Responsibilities:


Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Supervise and manage production teams, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.

Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the production area.
Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and improve workflow.

Requirements:


Diploma or degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process improvement.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in production settings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
