Job Description 


Prepare detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and recommendations to optimize sales strategy.
Drive new business development through prospecting, networking and partnerships.
Lead and motivate a talented sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to management.
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Continuously mentor and train the sales team to improve skills andperformances.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers and busineas partners 
Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market trends and business objectives


Requirements


Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a leadership sales role.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in sales forecasting and data analysis
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team development
Knowledge of the Nigerian market and mobility/logistics trends is highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field
