Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven GIS Business Executive to join our team. This role involves driving business growth and developing opportunities within the geospatial sector, ensuring our GIS solutions meet client needs, and contributing to the strategic direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities:


Identify new business opportunities in the GIS industry and build strong relationships with potential clients.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue for GIS products and services.
Maintain relationships with existing clients, understand their GIS needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the GIS sector.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitches to clients, addressing their business needs.
Work closely with the GIS technical team to ensure that client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on market trends, sales targets, and progress to management.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the GIS or tech industry.
Strong understanding of GIS technologies, solutions, and market trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience with ESRI products, QGIS, or other GIS platforms.
Strong network in the GIS industry.
