Responsible for achievement of regional sales targets for the Agri Finance Loans Product.

Implement effective sales strategies and lead sales personnel towards attainment of their sales, PAR, Active Loans Officers and client base targets.
Review, approve and ensure execution of marketing route plans.
Ensure early bird sessions are conducted in all Branches, and foster succession planning through employee empowerment and ensure high employee energy levels
Continuous training, mentoring and coaching of sales team in the region
Ensure that Loan rejection rate is below 10% on a monthly basis through continuous review of rejection reports to mitigate repeat /re-occurrence of the same.
