Responsibility Summary:


Develop, maintain and expand SME client portfolio
Grow branch fees and commissions through targeted product and service offering to the SME portfolio
Proactively manage credit applications to reduce the possibility of NPA.
Grow profitability, product penetration and customer satisfaction.
Relationship management through customer acquisition and retention in line with the Bank's strategy
Market the Bank's services and products to increase business Growth


Academic & Professional Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Business, economics, finance or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in banking operations, SME banking.
Strong knowledge of local banking industry, banking products, banking services and banking regulations.

Proficiency in marketing and selling
Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Sound financial management skills and proficiency in analyzing financial data.
Effective communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
