I’ve been working in our department for three years. At first, I thought I was imagining things, but I wasn’t. Our manager never stands up for our team. Instead, she blames us to make herself look good to the boss.
It’s really disgusting. In other departments, managers support their teams and try to cover for their mistakes.
Lately, I’ve been thinking more and more about moving to another department.
