 Trainers are responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to a company’s products or services.

Responsibilities

 


Short Video Marketing: 

Develop standardized for shop assistant short videos; establish content topics, scripts & shooting templates; create practical manuals covering platform algorithms (TikTok), viral content mechanics, and Tiktok live commerce techniques.  


Enterprise-wide Training: 

Conduct online/offline training on video shooting/editing/publishing; implement training plans to equip all sales (ASMs, SR, trainers) with basic content creation skills. 


 Content Production:  

Plan monthly themed campaigns (e.g. festivals, new product launches); coordinate nationwide store collaborations. 




Job Requirements


Bachelor's degree+; proficient in computers & office software  
Passion for new media; skilled with editing tools; basic script writing & video production ability  
New media operations experience; viral content creators preferred  
Cross-department collaboration & strong communication skills  
Open to all genders; under 30 years of age
