Job Summary


 Trainers are responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to a company’s products or services.


Responsibilities

 


Team Build & Management: 

Recruit, train, assign to stores, and manage the full life-cycle (selection, development, utilization, retention) of shop... assistant in the region. Enhance sales associates' skills, morale, and professionalism through training.


Training Delivery:

 Master and deliver training including new product launch content, new shop assistant sales skills training, after sales service standards, and competitor offense and defense FOQ/one-page information. Execute the team training plan.


Target & Results Focus: 

Achieve overall regional sales and M-H range models sales targets. Increase sales performance for productivity and M-H range models productivity.




Job Requirements


Education and Skills: Bachelor's degree or higher; proficient in computer and office software.
Demographics: Open to all genders; age under 30.
Experience: 2+ years sales representative experience or 2+ years training experience in the mobile phone industry. 
Presentation & Communication: Professional appearance; fluent, confident English; dynamic and passionate.

Develop standardized for shop assistant short videos; establish content topics, scripts & shooting templates; create practical manuals covering platform algorithms (TikTok), viral content mechanics, and... Tiktok live commerce techniques.  


Enterprise-wide Training: 

Conduct online/offline training on video shooting/editing/publishing; implement training plans to equip all sales (ASMs, SR, trainers) with basic content creation skills. 


 Content Production:  

Plan monthly themed campaigns (e.g. festivals, new product launches); coordinate nationwide store collaborations.

Responsibilities


Material Development & Maintenance: 

Optimize and... update training materials, localize new product launch training content, refresh sales skill materials for sales team, develop service standard guides, create competitor offense and defense FOQ/one-page information.


Training Program Execution:  

Develop and implement training plans aligned with sales targets, new product launch timelines, and market competition dynamics


Event Facilitation:  

Host and energize key events (new product mobilization meetings, HQ award ceremonies, product launch conferences)

Company drivers provide various transportation services, the nature of which is dependent on the company for which they work. They transport products, materials, equipment and company staff to and from specified locations.


Responsibilities


Safely transporting Stock  as well as various Phone Accessories and Branding Materials to and from specified locations in a timely... manner.
Adhere strictly to traffic rules and regulations while ensuring timely deliveries 
Assist with office-related tasks as needed thus demonstrating proficiency in reading and writing.
Provide personal driving services for company executives or designated individuals.
Assisting with the loading and offloading of staff luggage, products, and materials.
Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance and report any issues promptly.
Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and goings.
Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
Ability to handle banking transactions with accuracy and responsibility


Job Requirements


Valid driver’s license with clean driving records 
Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
Familiarity with local routes and destinations.
The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Punctual and reliable.
KCSE or its Equivalent
Proven experience as a driver
Strong integrity and trustworthiness in handling confidential information
Strong organizational and time-management skills 
At least 2-5 years experience in Driving

Job Summary


It is a supervisory position, able to adapt to business trips, obey arrangements and complete various supervisory tasks well. And report work progress to the supervisor on time.


Responsibilities


Checking inventory for each region/ outlets from time to time, not less than twice a month. And travel to the outlets from time to time to conduct on-site inventory... counting.
During the business trip, keep a check on the (SST) Standard service procedures of each outlets if are standardized. 
Follow up the work assigned by the supervisor and implement it on the front line
