Key Responsibilities:


Oversee day-to-day construction site operations and office coordination.
Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
Liaise with site engineers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure project alignment.
Supervise site logistics, materials delivery, and vendor management.
Track and report project progress, budgets, and timelines to management.
Implement operational policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on all sites.
Identify operational challenges and propose process improvements.
