A reputable health facility in Tse Addo, Accra is recruiting Position: Client Relations Officer
REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to respond to client enquiries effectively and in a timely manner • Maintain a positive attitude with the focus on client satisfaction • Must have excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Must be detail-oriented in work performance • Proficient in multitasking and time management • Must be dependable and a good team player. • Proficient in MS Office and the ability to learn new applications. • Experience in the healthcare setting preferable
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or Humanities • A minimum of 2 (two) years experience in the healthcare setting
