Role Overview:


Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces for the AEMT portal and dashboards. 
Seniors drive design strategy; Mid designers execute detailed screens and user tests.


Key Responsibilities:


User Research & Personas: Conduct interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries;  develop personas for aggregators, off-takers, and CLIENT staff.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low- thigh-fidelity wireframes and interactive  prototypes in Figma or Adobe XD.
Visual & Interaction Design: Define style guides, component libraries, and ensure  consistency across modules.
Usability Testing: Plan and facilitate testing sessions; collect and analyze qualitative and  quantitative feedback; iterate designs.
Handoff & Collaboration: Prepare design specs, assets, and documentation; collaborate  with developers for pixel-perfect implementation.


Qualifications & Experience:


Education: Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, HCI, or related.


Experience:


Senior: 5+ years designing web applications or enterprise dashboards.
Mid: 3+ years in UI/UX roles.
Tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision.
Soft Skills: Creativity, empathy, strong communication, and user advocacy.
