The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting digital marketing programs, including channel support tactics, and digital marketing initiatives. This role will manage administrative tasks, provide project support, and oversee all third-party digital activities. The specialist will manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including media buying, analytics, spend optimization, and content development.

Develop and manage checklists for all digital- related projects. Share capacity with
Digital Operations.
Co-manage projects, ensuring adherence to defined processes.
Project Administration – develop and manage a checklist for all E-commerce related projects
Share capacity with the E-Commerce Operations on the Departmental projects
Co- Manage E-Commerce projects within department’s project system and ensure that all projects follow the defined project process
Interface daily with resources to ensure tasks and sub-tasks have been clearly defined for the allocated projects and are being completed in a timely manner
Update status daily on all projects and communicate to Head: E-Commerce of slowdowns, bottlenecks or completion of tasks as they occur
Provide support for special projects as and when required by the business
Execute on roadmap items to ensure scalability and strategic effectiveness with the guidance of the guidance of line manager
