Job summary
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metering and power auditing, excellence leadership skills, and ability to ensure our facilities are safe, efficient, and well maintained.
Responsibilities:

Ensuring that basic facilities are well maintained and conducting proactive maintenance
Ensuring that facilities meets compliances standards and government regulation
Ensure the effective performance management of facilities contract services including 
building maintenance, security, cleaning, parking and waste management
Ensures tenants adhere to agreed security measures and procedures of the management
Water reticulation within the facility
Manage waste disposal and evacuation
Keep records of waste evacuation
Monitor facility usage, operations and equipment maintenance
Maintain accurate records of equipment functioning status
Ensure all equipment and other facilities are functioning well.
Initiate interventions to solve problems in the facility.
Oversee the daily operations of power generation, carry out full power audit  in all facilities managed by the group to ensure that payment for power is in line with consumption.

Qualification:  Degree in Engineering or related field

Experience:   Minimum of 7 year
