Services to be provided
In this context MDM is looking for different suppliers to meet the needs for the supply of micronutrient powder MNP. More detailed technical description of the supplies required for this contract is given in Annex II (request for quotation) & Annex III (Technical Specifications).
The tenderer must:

Guarantee delivery of goods at his own cost
Meet the specifications and quality of goods proposed for supply
Provide proof of funds inflow and out flow to shoulder orders of similar financial demand
Provide a detailed delivery plan

Detailed technical specifications are included within the request for quotation attached.
Quoted price must be inclusive of VAT and TAX. VAT and TAX will be deducted as per Nigerian Govt Policy.
The validity of the bid must be minimum 1 year from the date of offer
Payment will be made through Bank Transfer in favor of Suppliers Bank account after successful delivery of all items and necessary inspection.
Suppliers will not be entitled for any advance payment.
