This role involves onboarding corporate entities, high net-worth individuals, and top organization members interested in purchasing houses, using various financial arrangements.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to onboard corporates, high-net-worth individuals, and top organizations as clients for home purchases.
Leading business development initiatives, finding new partnerships, collaborations, and growth possibilities.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions that align with clients' financial goals and preferences.
Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long term goals.
Cultivate and expand a strong network nationally, building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Lead business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with mortgage brokers and financial institutions to facilitate mortgage arrangements for clients.
Educate clients on the benefits of using 25 percent of their RSA (Retirement Savings Account) as part of the equity contribution for home purchases.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, regulations, and market conditions to provide strategic guidance to clients, and identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.

Person Specification

A minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior executive role within a modern real estate firm or a senior manager or above position in corporate, commercial, or retail banking.
Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIBN, and other relevant certifications.
Strong network and connections in the real estate, corporate, and financial sectors on a national level.
Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
In-depth knowledge of mortgage brokering and financial arrangements for home purchases.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams toward achieving strategic objectives.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
