The Network & Security Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and security of the organization’s IT network infrastructure. The role ensures high system availability. optimal performance, and compliance with security standards while supporting business continuity through proactive monitoring and risk mitigation.

Develop and implement network strategies aligned with business objectives.
Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure. including switches, routers, LAN/WAN, firewalls. load balancers, VPN devices, and dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OBGP).
Ensure high availability and redundancy of critical network components to minimize downtime.
Configure, monitor. and troubleshoot network performance issues. implementing optimizations as needed.
Oversee routine maintenance of’ network devices to ensure optimal functionality.
