Job Location Type: Hybrid (3 days from office, 2 days remote)

Minimum Qualifications:

OND, or equivalent qualification.

Skills/Requirements:

1 to 2 years of experience in any of Field Sales, or Products Field Activation, or a Product Support role.
Proficiency in basic computer operations including Microsoft Excel, and Word.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

Products Inventory Registrations, for new and existing  eCommerce Merchants
Updating eCommerce product details and prices for existing eCommerce Merchants
Registration of new eCommerce Merchants on the eCommerce store
Assist with conducting surveys and gathering of eCommerce customers and merchants feedback
