Job Summary:

 Responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and producing accurate financial reports to guide management decision-making.

 Key Responsibilities:


  Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal    policies.
  Process accounts payable and receivable
  Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
  Prepare and file tax returns -withholding taxes 
  Maintain and update the general ledger. 
  Liaise with auditors for internal and external audits.
  Conduct reconciliations of petty cash
  Provide financial insights for budgeting and forecasting. 
  Implement and maintain internal financial controls. 
  Daily Follow up on account receivables as per Targets & credit terms.
  Preparing weekly target collection report 
 Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs, liaise with procurement for purchasing and restock.
  Prepare cost analysis for quotation purposes 
 Prepare quotations. 
 Monitor and manage machinery usage, storage and maintenance.


 Qualifications & Skills: 


Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 
CPA (Section 4 or above) or ACCA equivalent.
 3–5 years’ accounting experience.
 Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting QuickBooks software is a MUST 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
