We are seeking a resourceful and detail-driven HR Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing core HR functions both internally and in support of client projects. This includes recruitment, employee records management, performance tracking, client HR support, compliance, and general HR administration.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Provide operational support on client projects including hiring, policy development, and engagement.
Support performance management processes including setting up appraisals and tracking KPIs.
Prepare reports, updates, and summaries for management and clients.
Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Coordinate background checks and reference verifications.
Assist in creating job descriptions and interview assessment criteria.
Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Contribute to training and development initiatives.


. QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE


B.Sc. in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related Social Science field.
Minimum of 1–2 years of HR experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks and deadlines.
