Handle Live Chat Tickets.
Respond to WhatsApp chats.
Follow Up on all raised customer issues to completion.
Attain the required customer satisfaction rate.
Attain daily clearance and response rate below 3min.


Requirements:


Degree or diploma in a Business related Course.
Experience in a similar role.
Good Customer Service Skills.
Good Communication Skills.
Problem Solving Skill.
